When you register, your status in your profile will be displayed as "show" by default. After you get your job, you can change your status from "show" to "not show" to avoid continuous phone calls or email inquires.

It is because information page with picture attracts more visitors, and more potential employers or nannies view your profile. If you show a smiling picture in your information page, your profile would get more attention, and of course a better chance of finding out what you are looking for on this site.

You may aware that you are requested to fill up a very detailed form during registration. Why? When the families try to find a nanny, they have to screen over carefully the nanny's profiles, gather more basic information about the nanny before setting up possible telephone interviews. Likewise, a nanny also wants to see some basic information about the families in preparing for possible interviews.
The purpose of having many blanks to fill up during registration is to eliminate all the unnecessary time-consuming work involved to collect information before an interview.
Potential members can just fill in the blanks marked with asterisks (*) during registration in order to log-in as a member and they can add/edit their personal information when they are ready.
